The morning began with the game The Merchant\u2019s Robbery, where students, organized in groups representing different South American countries, had to obtain the supplies needed to begin a great voyage to the Indies. Afterwards, a large market was organized where teams bought, sold, and exchanged essential resources \u2014 ships, crew members, food, weapons, and navigation instruments \u2014 while planning how to survive 40 days at sea on their journey to America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the afternoon, students began Empire of the Seas, an immersive role-playing game in which each participant took on a role within their kingdom: explorers discovering new territories, natives trading resources, builders founding and defending cities, and viceroys or vicereines managing the kingdom\u2019s development. Through these roles, students experienced how territories were organized and how strategic decisions were made during the Age of Discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day ended with evening activities for everyone: the thrilling Haunted Passage for the bravest participants and Medieval Crime, an investigation game where players must discover who the \u201cwolves\u201d are that eliminate villagers each night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A day full of strategy, teamwork, and fun as part of our language immersion adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exploraci\u00f3n, comercio y misterio en nuestra inmersi\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestros alumnos han vivido hoy una jornada llena de aventura y aprendizaje. La ma\u00f1ana comenz\u00f3 con el juego The Merchant\u2019s Robbery, en el que, organizados en grupos que representaban distintos pa\u00edses de Sudam\u00e9rica, tuvieron que conseguir las provisiones necesarias para iniciar un gran viaje hacia las Indias. Despu\u00e9s, en un gran mercado, los equipos compraron, vendieron e intercambiaron recursos esenciales \u2014barcos, tripulaci\u00f3n, comida, armas e instrumentos de navegaci\u00f3n\u2014 mientras planificaban c\u00f3mo sobrevivir 40 d\u00edas en el oc\u00e9ano durante su traves\u00eda hacia Am\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por la tarde comenz\u00f3 Empire of the Seas, un juego de rol inmersivo en el que cada alumno asumi\u00f3 un papel dentro de su reino: exploradores que descubren territorios, nativos que comercian con recursos, constructores que fundan ciudades y defienden el territorio, y virreyes o virreinas que gestionan el desarrollo del reino. A trav\u00e9s de estos roles, los alumnos experimentaron c\u00f3mo se organizaban los territorios y se tomaban decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas durante la \u00e9poca del descubrimiento de Am\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada termin\u00f3 con actividades nocturnas para todos los gustos: el emocionante Pasaje del Terror para los m\u00e1s valientes y Medieval Crime, un juego de investigaci\u00f3n en el que los participantes deb\u00edan descubrir qui\u00e9nes eran los \u201clobos\u201d que eliminaban a los habitantes del pueblo cada noche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un d\u00eda lleno de estrategia, cooperaci\u00f3n y diversi\u00f3n dentro de nuestra aventura de inmersi\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DAY 2:<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cas-aranjuez.org\/wpcas\/pagina-de-galeria\/nggallery\/primaria\/primaria-dia-2-inmersion-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Photos<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today we picked up right where we left off yesterday\u2026 and we didn\u2019t stop for a second!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We started with a recreation of the Capitulations of Santa Fe, where the children had to present to the Catholic Monarchs how they would organize the journey. There was even a very creative parade!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, we moved on to an archery session, which they absolutely loved. Later, they showed their artistic side by creating a biographical rap about key women in the discovery of America, such as Menc\u00eda de Calder\u00f3n, La Malinche, Anacaona, and Catalina de Erauso. A lot of talent and learning in one activity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the afternoon, we went to the Senda de los R\u00edos de Ar\u00e9valo, where they learned about the different phases of the discovery of America. They also took part in several games designed to develop coordination, communication, and teamwork\u2014just like crews did at sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To finish the day\u2026 a real medieval fair! The participants earned lots of maraved\u00eds while having fun, which they will use to continue developing their territory in the coming days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a full day, packed with history, learning, and fun <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy hemos retomado la actividad justo donde la dejamos ayer\u2026 \u00a1y no hemos parado ni un segundo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenzamos con la recreaci\u00f3n de las Capitulaciones de Santa Fe, donde los chicos y chicas tuvieron que presentar a los Reyes Cat\u00f3licos c\u00f3mo organizar\u00edan el viaje. \u00a1Incluso hubo un desfile de lo m\u00e1s creativo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s, pasamos a la acci\u00f3n con una sesi\u00f3n de tiro con arco, que les encant\u00f3. M\u00e1s tarde, sacaron su lado m\u00e1s art\u00edstico creando un rap biogr\u00e1fico sobre mujeres clave en el descubrimiento de Am\u00e9rica, como Menc\u00eda de Calder\u00f3n, La Malinche, Anacaona o Catalina de Erauso. \u00a1Mucho talento y aprendizaje en una sola actividad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por la tarde fuimos a la Senda de los R\u00edos de Ar\u00e9valo, donde aprendieron sobre las distintas fases del descubrimiento de Am\u00e9rica. Adem\u00e1s, realizaron varios juegos pensados para trabajar la coordinaci\u00f3n, la comunicaci\u00f3n y el trabajo en equipo, tal y como lo hac\u00edan las tripulaciones en alta mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y para cerrar el d\u00eda\u2026 \u00a1una aut\u00e9ntica feria medieval! Los participantes ganaron un mont\u00f3n de maraved\u00eds mientras se divert\u00edan, que les servir\u00e1n para seguir desarrollando su territorio en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha sido un d\u00eda completo, lleno de historia, aprendizaje y diversi\u00f3n <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 3:<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cas-aranjuez.org\/wpcas\/pagina-de-galeria\/nggallery\/primaria\/primaria-dia-3-imesrion-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Photos<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today has been a day full of adventure, learning, and fun in Ar\u00e9valo. In the morning, the children took part in an exciting activity around the town: a race in search of \u201cEl Dorado.\u201d Following a route through the seven churches, they solved different clues that brought them closer and closer to the final location of the treasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, each church was linked to a Spanish explorer, which made the experience even richer. They not only learned who these explorers were, but also the territories they discovered and explored, gaining a better understanding of the scale of their journeys and adventures. As they completed the challenges, the children earned maraved\u00eds and different resources, which they will be able to use in the immersive role-playing game Empire of the Seas, adding a strategic and motivating element to the whole activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After lunch, we spent some time preparing the dance, encouraging teamwork and creativity. Later in the afternoon, it was time to relax and have fun with a lively mini-golf session, full of laughter and friendly challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To finish the day, the children will enjoy a show and a disco tonight, putting the perfect ending to such a complete day. Without a doubt, a day to remember <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy hemos vivido un d\u00eda lleno de aventura, aprendizaje y diversi\u00f3n en Ar\u00e9valo. Por la ma\u00f1ana, los ni\u00f1os participaron en una emocionante actividad por el centro del pueblo: una carrera en busca de \u201cEl Dorado\u201d. A trav\u00e9s de un recorrido por las siete iglesias de la localidad, fueron resolviendo distintas pistas que les acercaban cada vez m\u00e1s a la ubicaci\u00f3n final del tesoro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, cada iglesia estaba vinculada a un explorador espa\u00f1ol, lo que enriqueci\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s la experiencia. No solo conocieron qui\u00e9nes eran, sino tambi\u00e9n los territorios que descubrieron y exploraron, comprendiendo mejor la magnitud de sus viajes y aventuras. A medida que superaban las pruebas, los ni\u00f1os iban ganando maraved\u00eds y distintos recursos, que podr\u00e1n utilizar dentro del juego de rol inmersivo Empire of the Seas, a\u00f1adiendo un componente estrat\u00e9gico y motivador a toda la actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la comida, dedicamos un rato a preparar el baile, fomentando el trabajo en equipo y la creatividad. Ya por la tarde, lleg\u00f3 el momento de relajarse y divertirse con una animada sesi\u00f3n de minigolf, donde no faltaron las risas y los retos entre compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cerrar el d\u00eda, los ni\u00f1os disfrutar\u00e1n esta noche de un show y una discoteca, poniendo el broche final a una jornada muy completa. Sin duda, un d\u00eda para recordar <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 4:<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cas-aranjuez.org\/wpcas\/pagina-de-galeria\/nggallery\/primaria\/primaria-dia-4-inmersion-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Photos<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This morning, we started the day with one of the most important tasks: packing our bags. Taking our time, we gathered all our belongings and carefully checked everything to make sure we didn\u2019t leave anything behind, while remembering many of the moments we had experienced throughout the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To bring these days to a close, we enjoyed one last game of Empire of the Seas. It was the perfect ending, as we managed to develop our kingdom from a territory into a viceroyalty and, in addition, conquer all the provinces of our countries. Without a doubt, it was a fun and exciting way to say goodbye to this activity that has accompanied us throughout the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, we attended the farewell ceremony, one of the most special moments of the day. There, we watched a highlight video with images from the whole week, which helped us relive many experiences and brought more than a few smiles. It was also the moment to thank and say goodbye to the monitors, who have been with us at all times, and to receive our diploma as a keepsake of this experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the ceremony, we went for lunch and shared one last meal together, talking about anecdotes and enjoying the atmosphere. Later, we had some free time to relax, play, or continue sharing moments with our classmates before heading back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the bus arrived, marking the end of this great experience. We left with our backpacks full of memories, learning, and, above all, wonderful moments that we will surely never forget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy por la ma\u00f1ana comenzamos el d\u00eda con una de las tareas m\u00e1s importantes: hacer las maletas. Con calma, fuimos recogiendo todas nuestras cosas y revisando bien para no dejarnos nada, mientras record\u00e1bamos muchos de los momentos vividos durante la semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para poner el broche final a estos d\u00edas, disfrutamos de una \u00faltima partida de Empire of the Seas. Fue un cierre perfecto, en el que conseguimos hacer evolucionar nuestro reino desde territorio hasta virreinato y, adem\u00e1s, conquistar todas las provincias de nuestros pa\u00edses. Sin duda, una forma divertida y emocionante de despedirnos de esta actividad que tanto nos ha acompa\u00f1ado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, asistimos a la ceremonia de despedida, uno de los momentos m\u00e1s especiales del d\u00eda. All\u00ed pudimos ver un v\u00eddeo resumen con im\u00e1genes de toda la semana, que nos hizo revivir muchas experiencias y nos sac\u00f3 m\u00e1s de una sonrisa. Tambi\u00e9n fue el momento de agradecer y despedirnos de los monitores, que nos han acompa\u00f1ado en todo momento, y de recibir nuestro diploma como recuerdo de esta experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de la ceremonia, fuimos a comer y compartimos juntos una \u00faltima comida, comentando an\u00e9cdotas y disfrutando del ambiente. M\u00e1s tarde, tuvimos un rato de tiempo libre para relajarnos, jugar o seguir compartiendo momentos con los compa\u00f1eros antes de la vuelta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, lleg\u00f3 el autob\u00fas, marcando el final de esta gran experiencia.
